| Comfort & Tradition There are 12 bedrooms, all individually designed with original architecturural features maintained and with private bathrooms. They are equipped with TV, radio, direct dial telephones, hospitality trays and hair dryers. There are 5 bedrooms in the original Hotel - three on the first floor with a cosy lounge - ideal for parties of 6. On the second floor there are two bedrooms - one of them - the Baron’s Suite - providing extra space and comfort for the longer or VIP stay. In 1999 we added 4 new chalet styled bedrooms in the courtyard - innovatively designed on two levels, they are very popular with business people and families alike. We have a secure car park at the rear of the hotel with direct access to the rear entrance. In 2003 we refurbished a neighbouring building, also with much history –Originally a Medieval Bastle House - adding a purpose built laundry to our facilities and providing 3 new high quality suites overlooking Haltwhistle’s historic Market Square.
